About us
Apart from being Poland's most famous brand of beer which is actually named after the town in SouthWest Poland
is also the name of our Polish Folk Song and Dance Group, which is based in Ealing, London.
Andrzej Sagajllo
Zywiec was formed in 1965. Over the years different members have come and gone but our concept has remained the same.

All our members get together once a week to learn traditional Polish folk dances and songs, under the guidance of Andrzej Sagajllo (Artistic Director since 1976) and Klara Sagajllo (our newly trained Choreographer).

In 2004 a children's group was formed, named Mini Zywiec. They attend regular classes led by Maria Cieslak and Marta Sagajllo.

We perform shows for all audiences... be it private functions, public performances or in aid of charities.

It's a great excuse to dress up in traditional costumes from different regions in Poland (see 'dances' section to get more of an idea) and practise dances from all over the country.
